SPC (Stone Plastic Composite)
Revolutionary 100% waterproof flooring and wall panelling. The product has elevated specifications, such as R10 antislipery coefficient, it is far more durable than laminated or vilyl flooring, and it is offered exlusively from us, in collaboration with Limaver LTD, the product designer and manufacturer (limaver.com).
The product comes in 1505x229x7 mm for wood-like flooring.
For any other surface like flooring, the dimentions are 900x465x8.5 mm. It can be produced as marble (such as carrara, travertino etc.), terrazzo or even wall to wall carpeting replication.
For wall panelling the dimentions are 600 by any hight by 0.4mm for clickable application, or 1,200 by any hight by 0.4mm for non-clickable application (a jointer is applied to connect the panels.
It consists of 3 layers. The middle layer, 5mm for woodlike flooring, is a composit of 70% stone powder and PVC.
The underlayer, 1.5mm in thickness, is an ixpe-high density sponge like underlayer. Thus, no extra underlayer is needed for the flooring application.
The top layer is an anti-scratch, antislipery, heavy duty overlayer that can be cleaned with any chemical without any wear and tear. It is fire-resisitant and suitable for floor heating application.
The application is as easy as it gets. It can be directly applied to any smooth surface, such as tile, marble, microcement, forged ciment, etc. The planks are clickable and the application is record holding fast, 41 sec. per m2, excluding corners and ends.
